Return & Exchange

India Orders

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with tags attached, along with proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges are available for a different size or color.
  • Jewelry, bags, gift certificates, and discounted products are not eligible for return/exchange, except in case of manufacturing defects.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

International Orders

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact bunkojunkoadm@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Do not ship anything back until you receive a Return Accepted confirmation.
  • Any return duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility.

  • India: Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.
  • International: Free shipping on orders above USD 550.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

International Customs Duty

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes, depending on the destination country's regulations.
  • Customs duties are additional to shipping charges and are not collected in advance.
  • Any applicable duties/taxes must be paid directly to the courier by the customer.
